Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Redirect Console ("the Service"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. The Service

We provide domain redirection/forwarding, click statistics, and related account features. You are responsible for the destinations your redirects point to and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable.

3. Accounts

Accounts are personal to you; one person or organization per account. We may approve, decline, or require verification of registrations. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Administrative access may require two-factor authentication.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service, or point a redirect at content that:

• is unlawful, or infringes others' rights (including trademark or copyright);
• impersonates another person, brand, or website — including phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive "masked" framings of third-party sites;
• distributes malware or facilitates attacks on any system;
• sends or supports unsolicited bulk email or messages (spam);
• circumvents another provider's security or rate limits;
• otherwise damages or endangers the Service, its users, or third parties.

Enforcement: we may suspend or terminate accounts and take affected links offline (including a hold page) without prior notice where we reasonably believe a violation, legal obligation, or security risk exists. Report abuse to abuse@urlpath.cloud — we investigate reports and work with customers to restore service once resolved.

5. Your content and domains

You retain rights to data you place in the Service. You grant us only the limited right to host, operate, and back up that data as needed to run the Service. Domains you connect remain yours, including DNS and registrar obligations. You may export your data at any time from My Profile.

6. Fees, plans, and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically for the stated interval until cancelled. Cancel any time from My Profile; cancellation stops future renewals and the plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude applicable taxes. 7. Availability and backups

We target continuous availability and maintain backups, but the Service is provided as-is without uptime guarantees except as stated in a signed agreement. 8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (self-service where it owns no redirects/domains; otherwise via support). We may terminate for material breach, including AUP violations, after notice where practicable. On termination your right to use the Service stops; you can export your data before deletion.

We may update these terms; material changes take effect on the new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
